Who we are

The European Association of Urology Nurses (EAUN) is made up of more than 3,000 dedicated urological care nurses. United by a shared vision, we strives to advance the field of urological nursing and improve patient outcomes.

The EAUN provides a highly effective platform for facilitating the exchange of urology care developments, advanced training and education, supporting nursing research, sharing best practices, and collaborating to shape healthcare policies that benefit patients and the nursing profession.

Bylaws

The EAUN Bylaws govern the organisation and operation of the EAUN. They are the official documents in which the administrative structure and way of working of the organisation is laid down.

Long-term Strategy

The EAUN Board has updated its long-term strategy in 2021

EAUN History

Some EAUN Members may remember the first urology nurses conference in Brussels, Belgium, where around 68 nurses joined in session room Cinedoc, April 2000. Despite some problems with the projectors on the second day, this first meeting was such a success that it was decided to continue this initiative the following year and to form a group of organisers.

Endorsement by the EAUN

The European Association of Urology Nurses (EAUN) endorsement provides organisations, including non-profit organisations, with the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to high standards of urological patient care.
